Why do you not have prices on the website?

We are a business to business only company and so our products are not freely available for sale to the public, therefore we do not publish prices. Please contact us with any enquires and we will be delighted to help you.

Why can’t I order off the website?

We like to ensure orders are being handled by a person so that we can inform you straight away of any likely delays or changes to products. We do our best to ensure you are always getting the best deal so, for example, a delivery charge would have to be standardised on the website but if we are able to offer you a reduced price on delivery because it has come in cheaper then we will.

Do you have your whole range on your site?

No, it is always worth asking us if there is something specific you are looking for or something you have seen elsewhere that we might well have. We have a long trading history and a big warehouse and you’ll be amazed at the treasures we look after that could be just what you are looking for.

Are you able to brand all of your products?

It is possible to put a brand on nearly all of our products by some method. We work with fantastic engravers/printers/embroiderers/foil blockers – numerous ways to personalise your product for you. There will be minimum order quantities for branded items and they will require correctly formatted artwork but that is about all that is required for us to work on a project with you.

Can you create completely bespoke products?

Yes, we can and have for many happy customers. It is always worth talking to us if you have a product in mind or would like to adapt something for your environment.

Can I come and visit you?

Yes, we are happy to arrange appointments for visits and think it is a great way to see products first hand. Keep in mind that we are a functioning warehouse, so would appreciate if you made an appointment to visit rather than dropping in. Our priority is always getting orders out to our customers
